- Summary:
It’s used for testing cable sheath and insulating materials’ flame-resistance, high-temperature resistance when the cable-core reaches 205℃. Then put it in the flame of certain strength and time. It’s suitable for mine flame retardant cables, flame retardant cables’ connector’s flame retardancy test, when they’re in large current, and the cable’s core reaches 205℃, apply the cable with a certain strength and a certain time flame, to determine cables’ sheath and insulation materials’ flame retardant, high temperature resistant and some other performance indicators in this state.

◆ Thermodetector: Imported K type thermocouple, equipped with stainless steel tube coat diameter of 1.0mm. Intelligent PID temperature controller is matched with the K type thermocouple, its reading is 0~999.9℃
◆ Burning system: Use relays and temperature controlling cylinder actions, which can automatically record whole burning process, and can burn in time in required temperature range. Compared with conventional manual operation, which has more accurate test results, and more simple operation.
◆ Cylinder range: 0~100mm
◆ Air filter: 0~10KG, continuously adjustable. Use high quality filter, which can discharge water in air completely, and extend cylinder’s using life.
◆ Operation system: Relays control the system, which can automatically record buning time and continuous burning time.
◆ Burning time: When sample’s temperature reaches 204℃, burner will move to down surface of sample and start burning. It cacn record burning time automatically (Set according to requirement, eg: 1Min). When time reaches set value, burner will return to original place.
◆ Holding burning time: When above-mentioned burning time reaches set value, this timer will start timing automatically. If in specified time (eg: stop supplying fire for 4Min), burning sample’s fire is put out, then operator should press “holding burning stop” button to stop timing. If recorded time is in the range of specified time, then determine this sample pass this inspection.
◆ Chamber material: Use CNC machining, arc nice shape, high quality of SUS304 stainless steel material, with beautiful apperance, anti rust and corrosion, etc. features.
